65 yıllık sektör tecrübesiyle öne çıkan Duyar Pompa, 23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramı’nda öğrencilere sektör ve AR-GE eğitimi verdi.

23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramı’nda Türk Çimento Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi öğrencilerine sunum yapan Duyar Pompa AR-GE Şefi Yüksek Mühendis Erdem Alemin, pompa sistemlerinin sektördeki önemine değindi. Yangın güvenliği hakkında yaptıkları çalışmaları aktardı. Uluslararası standartlara uygun, verimli enerji sarfiyatı sağlayan yangın pompası geliştirdiklerini belirten Alemin, “Yangın güvenliği hayati bir öneme sahip ve bu alanda bilinçli bireylerin yetişmesi çok önemli” dedi.

65 yıla dayanan sektör tecrübelerini ve teknik bilgilerini öğrencilerle paylaşan Duyar Pompa AR-GE ekibi, öğrencilerin derslerde öğrendiklerini pekiştirmeleri sağladı. Duyar Pompa söz konusu etkinliklerle, öğrencilerin sektörde kariyer yapma potansiyellerini keşfetmelerini ve bu alanda uzmanlaşmalarını teşvik etmeyi hedefliyor.

23 Nisan’ı Değerlendirdik

23 Nisan kapsamında AR-GE çalışmalarını, sektörel gelişmeleri aktaran Duyar Pompa, öğrencilerin mesleki gelişimlerini sağlayan eğitim ve seminer çalışmalarını sürdüreceğini belirtiyor.

Duyar Pompa Genel Müdürü Faik Öner, verilen eğitim kapsamında şu değerlendirmelerde bulundu:

“Öncelikle tüm dünya çocuklarına armağan olmuş Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramı’mızı kutluyor ve bu vesileyle Ulu Önder Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ü saygıyla anıyorum. Duyar Pompa olarak, ilkelerimizden biri ‘Eğitime Duyar’lılık’ ve bu anlayışımızı firma içerisindeki eğitimlerimiz ve ülke genelinde okullarla yapmış olduğumuz etkinliklerimizle hayata geçiriyoruz. Bugün de geleceğimizin mimarı öğrencilerimizle buluştuk. Sektör ve pompa sistemleri hakkında bilgiler paylaştık. Yangınla mücadele sistemleri konusunda AR-GE birimimizin geliştirdiği, enerji verimi yüksek, uluslararası standartlara uygun pompa ve hidrofor sistemlerimiz hakkında bilgiler verdik. Çevreye duyarlı, yeşil endüstrinin kurulumu için çalışmalarımızı paylaştık. Temiz ve verimli enerji kullanımı konusunda Pompa sistemlerinin rolü çok önemli. Bu sorumluluğu ve bilinci bizden sonraki nesle aktarmamız gerekiyor. Bu nedenle Meslek Liseleri ve üniversitelerle olan çalışmalarımızı sürdüreceğiz.”

Yangınlara Duyar’lıyız

Çevreye duyarlı pompa sistemleri üretimine önem veren ve katkı sağladığı tüm projelerde çevreci çözümler sunan Duyar Pompa, sektörün önde gelen firmaları arasındaki yerini koruyor. AR-GE çalışmalarıyla birlikte Duyar Pompa bünyesinde üretilen pompa sistemleri uluslararası kalite belgeleriyle standartlara uygunluk, verimli enerji sarfiyatıyla yaşama duyarlılık sağlıyor. Bu kapsamda ulusal ve uluslararası ölçekte, büyük projelerde yer almaya devam ediyor. Özellikle “Yangınlara Duyar’lıyız” diyerek yangınla mücadele konusuna büyük önem veren Duyar Pompa, sadece bugünün değil, geleceğin ihtiyaçlarını öngörerek yangın pompası üretiyor.

Inaugurated by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the 57th airport of Turkey, the New Tokat Airport, has been secured by Duyar Pompa and Booster systems.

At New Tokat Airport, the construction of which was completed in 3 years with an investment cost of 1 billion 200 million TL and a capacity of 2 million passengers.

Duyar Pompa’s Technologies

Duyar Pompa took part in the project with OPUS series frequency controlled wet rotor circulation pumps, DIP series frequency controlled dry rotor circulation pumps and DMVP SS F series frequency controlled stainless steel booster groups, DWWP series wastewater pumps and DGT series expansion tanks.

Tokat Airport Project

Stating that the new Tokat Airport is a symbol of the future goals of the city, Duyar Pompa General Manager Faik Öner said in his statement that: “We are experiencing the rightful pride of taking part in the Turkey’s 57th airport, the New Tokat Airport, with Duyar Pompa solutions. The climate crisis is a global problem and affects everywhere. Today, energy efficiency and the green environment are one of the mostly talked topics. At the COP26 Summit in Glasgow, all decision makers and leaders emphasized the importance of thinking locally on this issue and underlined that step should be taken.

We evaluated this issue, which many different sectors have addressed within the scope of their internal dynamics, with Faik Öner, General Manager of Duyar Pompa, which is mentioned as one of the new leading companies of the sector in terms of sustainable technologies.

Green Investment

Faik Öner saying that the decrease in energy resources, the use of fossil-based energy resources and the negative effects of the gases formed afterward have necessitated the development of devices that consume less energy suggests that:

Pumps With Frequency Converter

“In this context, the use of frequency converter in the pumps we produce also makes an important contribution to energy efficiency. Because the pumps are selected according to the maximum load required, that is, the need, but they spend a very large part of their life at partial loads, that is, meeting much lower needs. The most typical example of this is the OPUS circulation pumps used in the heating system. Circulation pumps with frequency converter allow the pump to operate closer to the actual required value and provide significant energy savings by reducing the frequency in load requirements corresponding to 98% of the heating period.”

“Another issue that affects energy efficiency is related to the choice of pumps. If the pump is selected at the wrong point, the advantages of high motor and hydraulic efficiency are almost eliminated. The highest hydraulic efficiency point indicated on the pump curve needs to be selected in the region of ±20%.
